Dover Recreational Sessions

Vista Twisters recreational cheer and tumbling is for boys and girls of school age (generally 4 yrs and over). These sessions give young athletes a taste of our sport with a focus on tumbling, stunting and developing coordination. Anyone interested in going one step further and joining the full VT squad programme should talk to our coaches.
